I think we're all here for what's it like living in a camper AND "sharing feelings with Kevin" Rock on and keep enjoying the journey!

Great informational video. Next august going to be an adventure, going to one with the squirrels. Travelling to calgary for wedge camper install & spending the rest of august camping in & around calgary. Hopefully 220w of solar & 1000w power station going to keep my 53L fridge working at least for a month.

Its very true, the art of starting conversations or even simply having a person to person conversations is lost because of cell phones and social medias. I used to complain to my then teen children, I'd say, I hate staring at the top of your head. I'm here in person...talk to me.
Plus proper adult communication, speaking in a calm manner when even having a disagreement. No need for a temper tantrum, nsme calling or a check list of faults and failures, to rattle off.
Yeah!
I'm learning about camper life, as well as vanlife by viewing YouTube channels.
This is my favourite because its Canadian 🇨🇦
I love hearing nature sounds and such spectacular views. I love Canada 🇨🇦.
As a teen we explored Alberta too.
National Park was my late Dad's favourite. We were in a tent trailer, family of six.
I enjoy my solitude but go out and socialize.
As far as meeting new people, I don't know how to start conversations with strangers because its hard to compete with the internet 😢

I'm part of that 'older' crowd, but it's not easy for me either to strike up a conversation. I can fake it if I have to but it can be awkward lol. It's funny, the internet and social media actually gave me a way to practice small talk without the discomfort. Loving your channel. I'm watching your subs take off! Congrats.

Your channel was recommended by Kenny of all trades. Quite the lifestyle. But not for me. I have a nice truck camper but don’t want to live in it. Bought my first truck camper 5 yrs ago. A Lance 992. Used it a few times. Decided to order a new one. Traded ours in on a 2022 Lance 1172. 4 season. Solar panels lithium batteries it has two slides so lots of room inside. My truck got written off in an accident in February. Bought a new GMC 3500 dually 5200 lb payload helps carry my 5000lb camper. I put 7500 lb airbags on my truck to help carry the weight. I’m a newbie at truck camping nice to learn from someone who has one. We have a 2500 watt propane generator too. Safe travels.

The best thing about what you're doing is traveling around and seeing new places! Do it now while you're young. Enjoy the world out there!

Solar is usually mounted on top of the roof. I have been finding a couple of panels mounted vertical on the side work OK in winter. Not great but voltage is coming in from the reflection from snow.

I am new to the channel, just joined. On your topic of getting a 4x4 truck, I see what you are saying, I don’t use the 4 wheel drive much, but when you need it, I am glad I got it. I have been in some icy places that have challenged all 4 having chains! A 2 wheel drive just wouldn’t have made it. Great video!

Strangers are just friends you haven’t met yet. Like minded people are always easier to talk to, so just go introduce yourself to your camp neighbours.

That’s one great thing with having a dog. They’re great companions and make it easy to stroke up a conversation with other dog owners.

Yes, sir, give me my cold and hot running water. In the winter, go south. Whoop Whoop
Fun times.

Hey, Kevin. I'm no different as far as being social goes. I sooo get how you feel. I have no issues at all with being solitary but at times a person just has to stick your neck out. I admire you for just being true to you! I'm a country girl stuck in the city. I'm a little jealous! Lol!

Hello Kevin,
Another GREAT video. Thanks for all the insight. Sure makes me want to pack up and hit the road in my TC. I hope to be in Yellowstone NP at the end of September for the Elk Rut. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
