Victor speaks like a true CEO: Talk about other things long enough for everyone to forget the question asked.

I was patiently waiting for a video and here it is! Thank you Jingles

I don't think Victor Kisly ever answered a single question. If he did, it was probably hidden under the 15 minutes of rambling about random topics that comes with it :P

I met Victor in person at Tank Fest 2014, he also talked in circles as well to us. That being said, he's clearly very clued up and an awful nice guy. He made a good 10 minutes to speak to us and took our questions, what became clear is that although he is CEO, he's really he's not the one steering the company any more, the technical game decisions etc, he subtly hinted at this, it also explains why he doesn't always answer the question.

Thx Jingles for this video series. It was interesting to watch the presentations and see the different perspectives. Wish gaming companies did more of this.

Hope everything is good on your side of things.

Take care =^^=

As someone who has gone to school for game design I enjoy these videos for the look into Wargaming's development process, ideologies, and their standpoint on certain things that shape the way they make games. I think this is a great way to show the general public how a game company has to view things as opposed to how the public views their game. A big thing I figured out from school is that when the public wants a part of a game fixed they pinpoint focus on that one thing. When a game company wants to change part of the game they have to look at everything: how will this effect the balance, how will this effect community appeal, how will this work monetarily, do we have the resources and ability to make the change, how will this effect future changes, and more.

"Cool, Jingles uploaded another video... *ah crap it's with victor kisly.* :| I've got better things to do than listen to him *NOT* answering questions"

- More or less my thought process in the first 2 minutes of the video which is when I stopped watching...

I just want to say I'm glad you posted these video's of the visit to wargaming. Although not all questions were answered I think they gave some insight into which way the game will be going and why and at least the intent is there to fix some things.

1:15 Oh sweet Jesus, this guy reminds me of my old Master Sargent. Great NCO, but man could he make three minutes feel like the longest week of your life.

Mods were not really talked about except for stats at the very end. That disapppointed me the most out of this talk with WG. Thank you Jingles for posting these videos. Take care.

Jingles, will you be making a commentary on this material at some point, possibly in a Mingles with Jingles episode, now all the videos have been released?

It would be interesting hearing your in-depth opinion on the visit and the subjects discussed, as well as your impression of Wargaming and their strategy.

Thanks for the video uploads - it was great to watch (even if the dear CEO has a tendency for long-winded speeches).

Hope you get on top of whatever issue has arisen today!

This series has been realy interessting thanks jingles. Victor Kisli must be weird to work for. Everyone else you guys talked to seemed really intelligent and down to earth. He always seems to feel he has to defend himself even though none of you are being particularly critical.

Like everyone else glad to see youre well jingles!

The maps need to be bigger. Not huge but definitely bigger. That would open up for more options to make the game more dynamic. As it is today almost every match plays out the same way on the same map, with more options this would change.
Wargaming should experiment with maps of 1200x1200, even up to 1500x1500. That would have the added benefit that many arties wouldn't be able to reach the whole map so they would have to move
