The Yard No One Dared To Mow / MEGA CLEANUP

We’re back to finish what we started! In this second installment of our Free Mow Fridays series, we tackle the wild backyard that was just as out of control as the front. From waist-high weeds to hidden surprises, this yard was no walk in the park—but we don’t back down from a challenge.

Watch as we roll up our sleeves, fire up the mowers, and turn this chaotic jungle into a pristine outdoor haven. It’s more than just a cleanup—it’s about giving someone their yard (and peace of mind) back.

Whether you’re here for the satisfying transformations, pro tips, or just love seeing overgrown lawns get a fresh start, this one’s for you! 🌱

Hi! My name is Tim The Lawnmower Man and I love to clean up overgrown yards and make fun videos doing it. I'm able to do them for free as these videos have ads on them and the revenue from that enables me to cover my cost.

I'm always looking for the worst yards around. Sometimes I drive around looking for them, sometimes viewers send me suggestions.

I remember watching you guys do this lawn 😊 as it’s behind our house, it’s never looked this good in the six years we have lived here! Such a huge yard for such a little house!
Absolutely Awesome job! You guys are Amazing 🤩

My ❤gardener always used a fine mulching machine and left the mulch layer evenly on the yard. While I was fine with this, mostly because he explained the process plus I love the smell of just shorn grass, by my neighbors were insulted I dare leave it such "a mess". I explained this left the freshly shorn grass protected from our very harsh sunlight and returned nutrients to the yard as it decomposed. They weren't impressed and always considered my "mess nightmare" whenever they had yard parties. I would tell them they chose to buy an acre in the middle of acerage zoned for horses and should be very glad the view didn't include my old mare that had passed a few years previously. She loved to reach over the fence and munch on the grass that was "greener on the other side of the fence" lol!😊

That's not a cleanup, that's an archaeological discovery of forgotten garden beds.

Thank-you for helping others and having Greg and Avy there! Those garden beds were stoutly concreted - I don't know how old they might be, but no sign of falling apart & so many of them! Yes, someone really loved that garden once - too bad we don't have as much time for those things these days - or don't think we do anyway, lol. Thanks for bringing us along - take care of yourselves!

The container saved you a lot of trips to the waste disposal
That was a major plus.
Once again you guys turned a major disaster into something beautiful.

Greg works hard, does a great job as do you. Keep giving Greg responsibilities as he has earned them.

The 3 circle rock garden beds in the backyard would have had 1 rose bush in the middle of each bed . Surrounded by Marigolds. My parents use to own a similar styled house and garden. Was a pretty popular thing back in the 70's and 80's

Didn't that garden come up beautifully. I too would have loved to have seen in its heyday. Great work the three of you, especially in the heat. Loved to see all the garden beds revealed and a friendly lizard who escaped from being mulched!

I agree, Tim. At one time, someone who loved gardening lived there! All those beds that are wide and well-edged with rocks and concrete! A gardener's dream yard! They would be great to grow veggies in, if one wasn't interested in flowers. Great job cleaning it all up!

I’m a barber by trade. Had my own house cleaning job for 20yrs. Had my own interior house painting for over 30 yrs (also at the same time) I could never have anyone work for me/with me. If someone doesn’t move as quickly and as hard as I do I just couldn’t handle it. That’s why I keep saying Tim has so much patience bc he’s the hardest working man at his profession and I just love the detail and finish wrk 💪🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Great job Tim, extra helper & Greg! I like how you rake, bag and take all yard waste from the properties. We have a lawn YouTuber in the states (who has 2.2M subs) that doesn’t. He says that he does take away the waste if the property is occupied but today’s video he didn’t. Glad to see with 260K subs you do the full Monty. It shows you care about your subscribers and have a better work ethic!
