Batman with 100% prep time has access to: white lanturn ring, mobius chair, yellow lanturn ring, hellbat suit, power suits, bat gauntlets, krypton weapons, cybernetic gadgets, bat knight robots, Batman one million, red death, dawn breaker, green lanturn ring, super bat lanturn (combo of Batman Superman and green lanturn), element x, son box armor aka the ultimate suit, the world forger, Batman beyond suit, a pill that makes him stronger than Superman, and access to the phantom zone and time travel.

If this is live action there’s only one metal strong enough to kill him and Batman may be smart but he lacks the strength to wield uru and before you say captain America Odin enchanted mjolnir to grant the power of Thor to whoever is worthy so unless he has Thors hammer he wouldn’t even hurt thanos. If it’s comics thanos is band from the realm of mistress death, he’s so strong and fast that he beat three characters who are marvels supermen plus Thor and silver surfer. He can also create beams strong enough to knock down galactus although they didn’t hurt galactus. And this is him with the gauntlet Batman doesn’t stand a chance.

Well no shit Batman is going to win, you gave thanos a unfair advantage by giving batman everything (note: this also implies with giving thanos all the stones). I just find these kinds of battles unfun when one or both parties are given everything in their disposal.
