Paul, we have read many of your books and have loved them all.  We recently listened to this broadcast,  " The Real Christmas Story."  Without being condescending  or judgmental in any way, how can you and your family continue to keep Christmas on the 25th of December knowing full well the origins?  As an added note,  I'm sure you know that Christ's birth was either close to or on the first day of Tabernacles.   It states in the Bible,   "He came to Tabernacle with us".  That being said,   do you decorate a Christmas tree in your home and how did you teach your children about santa claus?  Would love to hear from you.  A fellow brother in Christ.  Leonard Salazar

Although, I am well aware of the pagan origins of Christmas....that is NOT what it means to me, today. I believe there is nothing wrong with celebrating the coming of YESHUA into the world in flesh so that HE was born to be crucified and rise again. We should celebrate this in our hearts every day... society sets aside one day out of the year to share in the celebration. My parents told us that Santa Clause was a fairy tale. I told my sons the same when they were small. The only way we celebrate is by a modest gift exchange and don't get extravagant. I consider it nothing more than "tradition".
I practice all the Biblical Feasts including Hanukkah. How we think about Christmas is a personal matter between each individual and GOD.
If we focus on the pagan rituals...then, we need to examine our hearts & motives. However, if we use the season to witness and be a light in the dark, pointing people to the entire Gospel, then we are doing the best we can with what the calendar gives us.
Be Blessed in this holiday season and Turn Your Eyes Upon JESUS...focusing only on HIM...you can't go wrong!
