Got laid off.
Researched job market (like you said);
Took tutorials, self-learning (like you said);
Practiced the skills (like you said);
Worked on and produced/published personal projects (like you said);
Applied and applied and applied to jobs (like you said);
Some recruiters liked me, my skills and the fact that I had "projects" to show and demonstrate my skills;
Started getting contract jobs, ..., now in the job of my dreams, at the company of my dreams, earning more than ever (like you said I would);
It took me two whole years of grinding and never giving up (like you said).
Sincerely appreciate your message and the value you give.
BTW, I even bought your course which diversified my Operations background and gave me skills for frontend and UI/UX. Now I am truly DevOps.

I want to create my own workplace. I hate working and being manipulated back to abusive familial and community harrassments/situations. But my home and phone devices are bugged by individuals that want to help and those who have been piggy backing to steal and copy. So i tried to leave and work for uber/lyft to change my environment. But same situations occured, bugged phone and shady workplace environments are hard to shake off. What would you suggest for someone in my situation...when the people that are suppose to help are just helping themselves. Starting with the family unit.
