They're actually extremely strong too.
I fought a Blacktip for over an hour and a half on a deep sea charter in Hilton Head, it was every bit of 6 foot long, and around 150 LBS. Was awful.

I agree. I don't know why people pretend that certain sharks aren't dangerous. Spinners fit that list, too, and they just recently got around to prescribing the label of "dangerous" to Greenland Sharks, and I could've told ya those things were dangerous just because of how big they get.
