What do you think guys? Did I make a single slither of a gain? Or are my efforts pointless and should I pivot into cheeseboard content?

I'm definitely not your demographic but have to say how much I enjoy your balanced and intelligent content. As a mid 50 post menopausal woman who is healthy and active, but trying to rebalance my fitness to greater muscle as I age, I see so little content I can relate to. Consistent, long term health focused, rather than extreme cut/bulks with no thought to sustainability. Really relatable!

Your channel is my main inspiration. 48 yeat old dude, I spent 4 decades not caring about my health or self for that matter. Went sober 2 years ago and started taking fitness seriously a few months after that. I do NOT want to 'bulk' to build muscle, keeping the leanness i've acquired is more important than falling backward. Thanks for showing that there's a path forward, even if it's a slower one.

Joe, I fucking love how no bullshit your content is. The fact that you don't sensationalise everything is such a breath of fresh air. There aren't too many other people out there with channels like yours. You're looking good mate, I would say some changes for sure, but they are smallish like you said due to your training age.

Mate the intro to this video is absolutely epic, hilariously truthful and relatable.

That was a lovely and unexpected end to the video. It really does feel like we've followed you through so many significant things in your life, as extended friends/family members.

This is Great. I hope Coach Greg uses this as a great example for intermediate and advance lifters. Slow and steady wins the race, and keeps you looking JACKED

I love how Joe is one of the few youtube fitness people (i dislike the word 'influencer')
Who hasn't moved to the darkside and jumped on all sorts of gear and probably turned down quite a few brand deals.
Respect 🙏

First of all, congrats, you made SIGNIFICANT progress in the before and after pics. I would love to see a video on how you go about injury prevention, which is definitely something that is holding me, and probably others, back a lot.

Really love your approach 😸 you really hit the right spot of "Why do you guys have to make life so complicated? Cut the bu****it, keep consistent and stop overthinking". We need more people with your mindset in this "more show than being" world

Man how we need this kind of content in a world where every influencer is juiced! Great content Joe, and your body transformation was very noticeable!

Really happy to see this video, especially hearing that you’ve been at this for many many years. I only started a year ago so it’s still a long journey for me!

I’m still trying to just maintain and eat a tiny surplus and see how my body changes. I’ve went from 88kg all the way down to 71kg prior to starting weightlifting, after a year now i’m up to 78kg with a manageable body fat % - not absolutely shredded but I can see my abs.

Man, that intro was fantastic. That's the logic indeed.
