My BIM Manager job involves getting yelled at by people because "This Revit shit don't work."

This is after they complain to me that a mechanical equipment schedule isn't working, and I discover that they drew the equipment with Detail Lines. One guy was confused by a large schedule with about 100 rows and asked me "Is there some way to EXPLODE this?" 😆

Another guy we hired told the managers that he "knew Revit." I checked in on him during his first week, in his project's network folder I found "M001.rvt", "M101.rvt", "M201.rvt", etc. Every drawing was a separate model. He had no concept of what he was doing.

Very few people in the MEP industry know how to use this program. They treat it like AutoCAD and yell at me when it "doesn't work."
