My grandpa and his family were Gaels who originated in Ireland and lived in Scotland until WW2 when they fled to Sweden.

To any Irish person, Please save the language, Do your best to try and speak it I know school has taught us to fear speaking it or that its a horrible experience to try and learn but it is not. I used to fear the language to feel scared trying to speak incase I made a mistake I walked out of my oral exams in school. Now I am 25 years old I feel compelled to learn this to make a change and challenge myself we have become so lazy as a people letting a foreign language spread out of control. I now love to test myself to learn new things about the language.
