Can confirm you get extra bells from money rocks on other islands. I got good luck with fortune 5 days in a row 👍

As of 2.0.4: 20% chance Katrina gives you a zodiac figurine instead of normal purification gift.

Thanks to Mamoru Chiba and George Wilkins for adding that you cannot get purified by Katrina if you don't have at least 10, 000 bells on you after spending 1k on the fortune.

I definitely recommend carrying enough Bells to pay Katrina to do a purification ceremony if she gives you a bad fortune. This with basically give you neutral luck, which is always better than bad luck.

One time I went to one of kapp’n’s islands it was LOADED WITH MONEY TREES instead of peach trees, then I looted the whole island and left

Belongings is definitely the best fortune to get. It’s so op. Your tools will be invincible for an *entire* day and your chance of getting a rare kappn island is increased substantially

Note- if you have the good money Fortune, and you go to Kappa’s island. There is a chance to have all the fruit trees as money trees. (It just happened to me and no my game is not modded either.)

Hi, just an animal crossing tip that I haven't seen people talk about. The keyboards on Animal Crossing are touchscreen. If you are trying to type something in, for example, the name of a custom design, you can just touch each letter, and it will work. It's really convenient and not many people seem to know this. Maybe you could put this in a video?

If anyone is reading this: you can restart your game before Katrina finishes the reading, and the luck changes each time.

I like the Belongings blessing most, so if i see the crystal glowing red, yellow or geeen i restart immediately and keep trying til I get what I want

Thanks for the video. I've honestly been avoiding Katrina because I wasn't really sure how she worked (and also my _normal_ routine has Harv's Island at the end of it, but I can change that).
As an aside, I had planned to visit Harv's island everyday so I could buy something from Redd, whether fake or real, just so it gets rerolled every day instead of just once a week, but in the end I decided it's not really worth the money, so I only buy fakes if I don't have them in my catalog yet. I'm still planning to play the game for a good while so I'm in no rush to cmplete the museum (although I am really close and could just trade the doubles of real paintings that I've accumulated online, I suppose)

I can confirm that it affects Kapp'n islands too, in fact one time with good money luck I got 2 money rocks in one day (one on a Kapp'n island, and the one on my main island)
