Great explanation ! I am currently working on my Bosch pcb. The surge resistor, flat blue disk and a rectangular capacitor of 1 uF was burnt off which I've replaced but still no power to the compressor. The board has relays which could be faulty. I will continue to repair with the hope that the processor chip is not faulty.

Could you please figure out how much current or wattage the led port on your board is able to take? I'm wanna boost the light in my fridge but don't know the limits. The led port is running at 12v on my fridge.

I have got a samsung american style fridge freezer
The colling fan for the coils near compressor is not working.
There should be 12 volts power coming in that socket but there is not and there is no problem in the fan I checked the problem is in the pcb board which is not providing 12 volts.
Can you please help me which element to change in the pcb board will solve the issue please

Hi, I have checked everything on your video and all checks out except 1 thing, I am not getting 12v on the low side. I am only getting 6.9V. However I am getting 4.5-5V on the output of the regulator. I have tested every component on both High and Low side. The small relay on the board clicks twice and the ref. and compressor turn on for 2 seconds then shuts down. The relay will then click twice and start up again and basically repeat the cycle. I unplugged everything from the control board just incase it was being overloaded by something else, but it does the same thing. There seems to be a component that is crashing the system. Do you have any suggestions?

I bypass all the crap, put a 220 to 15v transformer before the rectifier and voltage regulator. All working now. No problemo.

My exact same motherboard works for a few minutes then sudden power loss. I removed the two blue film capacitors and measured them...one is 0.22uf and the other 0.47uf and both measured under 20uf. Do you think these would be the sole problem of power loss after several minutes? Or is there also another component possibly responsible? Most components if busted will stop the whole motherboard, but mine will start again after I unplug and replug again...but then die before the compressor even gets warm.

My samsung rt 47 is dead after 1.5 years later. 3 days later automatically running the freeze. Then 1 years later deep freezer fan not running. So, not cooled properly. I checked fan and sensor. Both are ok. Which parts are working for running fan to the PCB board ?
