Is this anyway similar to stomach vacuums ? Where you breathe all the way out and pull in your stomach as far as you can . You feel all the muscles mentioned engage and tighten . Hold for as long as you can and relax . Repeat as often as you feel you can . Over time you can hold it for longer and repeat more often

quick question, should the spine be flat or slightly arched? or neutral? I always always feel it in my low back
