I'm 70 and still have long straight hair, all one length. it's been that way since my Hippie days! (Think late 60s and early 70s). It's gotten a little thinner and I need to color it now because I don't want gray. My ends at least 4 inches up need to go.. I've finally decided to take the plunge and go for a shag. I'm ready to sacrifice about 6 inches, maybe 8, maybe 10.. Seeing your video gives me inspiration. It looks like with the correct cut, I could have some wavy effect. I haven't had bangs in I know over 30 years. So I'm ready. In the beginning of your video you said you were a Redken salon. i moved to Iowa from the Atlanta area and my stylist there was also a Redken enthusiast, especially with color. The angle of the razor is where I have trouble. Another Sam Villa video said to hold the razor at a 45 degree angle. How do I know which is correct?
