Always prioritize form over weight and I see that his spotters are lifting the weight for him, don’t lie about how much weight you specifically lift cause the spotters are helping him

I have been a KSI fan for years, but yeah, I got no hate for this man. KSI is not showing a proper form of individual work. Spotters are supposed to observe and only assist when needed.

I agree with specific training. Those "half reps" are great for dinamic movements. I used to do those when I played volleyball just weightless cuz I was very young then.
But the knee shaking was truly awfull

Edit: I meant KSI's shaking.

Its one thing to be blatantly wrong about something, but its a whole different thing when you start defending your blatantly wrong action.
I don’t get why these highly immature people like KSI are popular. Dude is going to hurt himself and also thousands of his young fans promoting this stupidity.
