Created an exercise database for stay home programs with minimal equipment (if at all). Series contain the following categories of exercises:

- Lower Body Strength
- Upper Body Strength
- Structural Core
- Conditioning

These exercises can be mixed and matched based on needs with set and repetition ranges recommended separately, preferably by certified strength & conditioning coaches/specialists. Please also consult a medical professional before starting an exercise program.
