I am 100% convinced the AI is coded to be against you even if its supposed to be an ally. Faction AI is always extremely dim witted - leaving ports undefended, flooding local supply with garbage units and not helping in the air. Meanwhile hostile AI will defend every port with unreasonable force, never runs out of supply and concentrates air wherever you go.

Its always best to go to war with no allies. I'm just going to say it bluntly.

If you want to turn off "Allied Supply" faster and more easily, press "Ctrl" when clicking on the supply hub, then you don't have to select supply hub and then select "Turn off Allied Supply".
It's just faster and easier

Also, the big benefit of having your guide be in a bad rng run is that it makes it easier for people to replicate it, unlike all those "guide makers" who cherrypick the 100% perfect runs for their "guides".

I like going the other way for this achievement.

That is, use the chasseur Ardennes template style (1 Light TD), GBP, and Defensive methods, and take on Germany when they go around the Maginot.

While they drain away on your impenetrable wall of forts and TDs, build a full collab on them. Then when you cap them, you get the entire Germany for free as a collab. You will also have enough war score to grab a couple more puppets since you did most of the work.

When the war is done, all you have to do is cap France for Paris and annex Germany.

Takes the RNG away from dealing with the UK.

Since the new update I landed 10 mountaineers (your design) in dover, the tiles next to it, and portsmouth. Within 7 days they had ~50 divs around me and mine had been slaughtered

It’s nice seeing that your strategy was so close to my own (which still hasn’t succeeded).

In my first run, I didn’t know about the capping mechanics, which was incredibly annoying, and in my second, without the gold from France and the Benelux, the German economy crashed and died to Barbarossa before I could Sealion.
