A 3080Ti goes for $500 or so nowadays, it's a way better bang for the buck than the 4080.

4080 is roughly 30-40% faster.. It also costs 37% more. Soo basically same performance/$. 🤷‍♂️

How did you get such low temperatures on the 3080ti? My temperature is from 60C to 75C, despite a slight drop in voltage???

RTX 4080 is powerful for sure at around 30-50% faster than 3080 Ti. But for $1050, just no. I hope the RTX 4080 SUPER will be a lot better.

neither are good 4k cards without dlss, only the 4090 is a 4K card, anything else struggles to get 60fps in modern games

Picked up another Alienware R10 exact same as mine for my kiddo but with liquid cooling for $700.
3080Ti, Ryzen 7 5800X 64GB, 2TBSSD 1k Watt PSU. Really a steal..I think I paid like 2k for mine and it still plays anything I throw at it at 1440p

Hello everyone, i had a 3080 ti bought a new 4080 and have strange issue. I tested the card in 3 games now and see only very little to no difference in fps. I only use 4k resolution and even with the new card Starfield only reaches around 52fps with no reshade active. I realy thought it would be better. CPU Utilasation is around 80% should i get a new cpu? and if yes which one would be a good fit for a 4080?

I have the 3080ti.. The 4080 looks like a nice bump in performance and less power draw?

Only issue with the 3080ti is there is barely any OC headroom as they are lower binned 3090s
