I was listening to that strange signal, maybe i t is a repeate, dont know for shure, i am stil trying to decifer the morse code that conteined in the transmition.
also i am new in ham radio and please excuse me for my bad english.

Yes, at 2:06 he tries calling the station back on 155.715MHz.

He said he was new to ham radio and I was just making sure he understood that the frequency he was talking on wasn't an amateur band frequency.

the morsecode bit at minute 3 is "TEXSTP" or "TE-STP" i am not sure... the speed is a bit higher than what i am comfortable with.

a form of handshake and a databurst. some kind of commercial/military packet radio.
the first tones clearly are handshakes.

I hear this uninterrupted here in the central time zone of the U.S. Morris code is broadcast every 20 minutes starting at the top of the hour. I've yet to decode the Morris.

Hi that's definitely pagers I hear the same noise on VHF on 153 MHz if you look round your area you probably will find a mast with vertical aerials that transmit it

its pagers..  could be some kind of POCSAG.
you may be able to decode it with PDW Pager Decoder

Sounds like pager data to me.

You do know that the 2m band only covers 144 - 148MHz (or 144 to 146MHz in Europe/Russia/Africa) and a ham licence doesn't allow you to transmit outside the allocated bands?

that is a DIGITAL station, not a morse code beacon.

ok, i missed that. valid remark then. also, dont rely on national laws - remember radiowaves travel across borders occationally :-)
