Serious car enthusiasts know to avoid automatic washes like this as car paint is surprisingly vulnerable to swirl marks, etc. Hand washing is best.

You are talking unsatisfied and come back wash again, how do you deal some customer have 1/2'' to 1'' gravel or mud around the tires and after wash then complain not clean and some wash their car one every 3 to 6 months and complain not clean either and usually, select the cheapest wash too. I am sick of dealing with these kind of customers

Same old car wash concept but on an industrial scale. There is no way that I, as a car enthusiast, will be taking one of my well-cared for cars to a car wash factory run with machines that slap against the body. Want me to come? Have a hand washing section and show me the laundry baskets full of clean cloths that will be used to touch my car. This is probably a good business, but my feel is that its customers are the types who think of their cars in the same way they do their toasters.

He is talking out his butt... 400 Cars per hour is not possible. Look at his line speed, even if he is actually washing the 50, 000 cars a month as he claims.... do the math, this breaks down to only 150 cars per hour and that is more realistic.
