Best Ever Pumpkin Muffins

These Best Ever Pumpkin Muffins are perfectly sweet with just a little spice! I had originally intended to come up with some sort of glaze or frosting to go on these muffins, but when I saw how pretty they looked all on their own, and then tasted their perfection, I knew I had to leave them alone. No frosting, no glaze, no drizzle, and not even a dusting of powdered sugar.

I just made them and used only 3/4 cup of white sugar instead of 1 cup and absolutely fantastic. I also used already liquified organic coconut oil. This will be added to my yummy yummy arsenal. Thanks for posting.

I just made these and they are really moist and very tasty. I would decrease the amount of sugar next time for us. We thought they were a touch too sweet but we absolutely love the texture of these muffins. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

FANTASTIC RECIPE!!!
It was a HUGE hit in my home, even my husband ran back for a second muffin even though he is not a pumkin fan.
I did only use 3/4 cup of sugar instead of 1 cup.
I also had to bake my muffins for 35min instead of the 22 minute recommendation.
I highly recommend this recipe for everyone to try.

I love that you use so much pumpkin in this recipe. They have a very velvety texture that is divine! I might have over mixed mine as they didn’t rise up very well, but as mini muffins they were such a hit with my kids.

I'd use neutral oil instead coconut, 'cause the flavor of this one covers the flavor of the pumpkin.

These really are the BEST EVER! I’ve made them 3 times now and they are so moist and delicious. I also add one can of condensed milk, I know I know tons of sugar lol but SOOOO GOOD!
