I had the pleasure of seeing Robbie Gil and his band perform at the Rockwood Music Hall a couple years ago and was completely mesmerized by his voice, his melodies, lyrics and raw, honest and POWERFUL emotion he oozed on stage. I'm so shocked he isn't famous, but I'm happy he's like a hidden treasure so we can continue to see him perform in accessible local venues. This brought me back to the way I felt first hearing him and when I fell in love with this song. Excellent video! He is a musical genius and even has a really cool style all his own.
