I am a Bodo from Assam. We have a curry like this. Reciepe is rice flour, leafy veg like palak, mastered leaf etc and kharwi( kela ki ped aur root ko dry karke jalake raakh ko paani se mix karke filter karke laal paani milta hai).

I like paalak and we used to eat it without grinding, my mother used to cook it village style just chopped cutted .

I used to like and respect Sanjeev Kapoor during khana khajan days....but ever since I have been to Yellow Chillies restaurant which is his own respect was no more there.... tasteless food.... don't want to say any bad word for food...but ye never went back there....best food to apne desh k dhabon me milta hai bhai....koi stars nahi koi brand nahi but dil aur atma khush kar dene wala food...bahut kam keemat me... Jai Shree Ram...Jai Hind 🇮🇳🇮🇳🕉️🕉️

We cook khichdi along with chopped pahadi palak ❤, peas, carrot, tomato, zeera, basic spices, a pinch ajwain, finely chopped ginger and garlic and sesame seed, in uttarakhand and it tastes too yum 😋😋❤❤

In Tamil Nadu, we cook and purée the greens and then give onion, garlic tadka but the greens are different. It’s called arai keerai which is used just for such dishes. Pls give it a try. In olden days, they used to purée in pot made of stone. You might have heard in chettinad cuisine
