She said she's liked him for the longest time. I wouldn't be surprised if she had a crush on him when she was 15. It's ok to have a crush on an older man, but it shouldn't be something you're serious about pursuing. It is the older person's job to not feed into it, but unfortunately he most likely took the opportunity to groom her. Now here we are. Sad

This is so crazy because Jeanette McCurdy said in one of her interviews that her hope for the film industry is to no longer have creepy sound guys (along those lines). Maybe this was what she was talking about. I need to find the video again.

I worked for credible attorneys for 22 years. Usually bullies and people who have secrets threaten to sue. Never comes to fruition. Also, I've yet to see you defame anyone! Keep up the great work!

As someone who was a teenager dating someone in their mid 30s, I fully defended our relationship and him so much. It became so incredibly toxic and the power dynamics were so obvious to everyone around me. Looking back as an adult, it was 100% grooming and it makes me physically uncomfortable thinking back to that “relationship”. I constantly speak out about this matter, even if people say “but it’s not your life let them live” because I feel like there needs to be more light shed on this matter. It’s creepy it’s weird and it’s sad.

Just because someone sends a cease and desist doesn’t mean you’re actually doing anything legally wrong. Most of the time it’s just a scare tactic because they don’t like what you’re saying.

I absolutely adore Liz Gillies, and LOVE Dynasty, but her relationship age gap is weird and the fact that they met when she was so young is really weird. I have wondered sometimes if she’s really like Fallon in reality because she is too good at acting like that! Lol

This is a rough one for me to see because I LOVE Liz and its tough to think that this strong and witty woman we see today was taken advantage of as a teenager & is still protecting her groomer to this day. This a hard situation to navigate and I condone SLO4N for speaking up about it.

Well remember that Megan Fox met her ex husband when she was "18" while he was in his 30s.
I too had a similar experience. There was a 16 year that I met via a mutual friend when I was in my late 20s. I had tremendous respect for her. I always saw her as a little sister. She however slowly began to develop feelings for me. That's when I had to stop communicating with her because it was wrong. Sure she was heartbroken but it was for the better.

It is possible for young girls to develop feelings for older men without being groomed. I however believe it's the man's responsibility to do the right thing. The fact that these men carried on with these young women, leads me to believe they clearly were attracted to these young teens girls which is supremely disturbing.

In my opinion, the moment a celebrity/influencer reaches out to an attorney to send a 'Cease and Desist', which isn't free, is basically confirmation you found the truth. If they we're to really take you to court, it would allow for discovery and then the evidence would be logged for any and everyone to see and that's the last thing they want. That's why they try and scare you...allegedly lol

Back when I had a fan account for Liz, I tweeted about how weird it was that someone that old was willing to date her. I was 14, in high school at at the time. Liz was probably like 19. She made a post on IG about people basically accepting her decisions and EVERYONE in the fandom was tweeting me saying it was about me.

I stepped away after that, but to this day their age difference and the way they got together bothers me.

I remember her saying all the time that she is a old woman trapped in a younger body. And that she was always more mature and didn't act like girls her age... It's so clear that she was fed all this bs, since she was a teenager, and we know that all of this is part of that grooming process, all the typical lines...
It's sad that she doesn't realize, but when you're in that kind of relationship, it's hard to see and even harder to get out.
