In this episode, two old souls meet in the Texas Gulf Coast to discover what the land (and water) has on offer. JT Van Zandt shows Eduardo how fishing for redfish on the fly is done. In turn, Eduardo reveals that within the very terrain that might bite, burn or sting you, you can find enough vegetation to fill your apron.

If these videos don't inspire people to get outside more and cook more, I don't know what will. Keep knocking it out of the park, Yeti.

I remember JT from the doc movie, “Be here to love me”, about his dad and instantly recognized him in this piece. Had no idea he was a fishing guide on the LM where I was born and raised. Very cool stuff!

His dad is a GOAT

This series is definitely one of the best on YouTube. The downside is I binge-watched all the episodes already.

I think this video is inspiring due to friendship. Then being able to enjoy each other’s presence and do what they love and know to do.

Society now tells us to be something by a certain age; if we haven’t gotten to those “societal expectations “ we have failed.

This looks and feels so much better. I’d give many days of regular schedule (which I love) for this. This is very fascinating.

What an incredible video. Captures so much of the deeper meaning of fishing and being part of nature. Would love to do a trip like that one day!

OK, this was my 1st video and I went into this skeptical, but man you guys delivered some quality work. The presentation of the environment, the fishing, the cooking and respect for the food is top notch.

JT sounds exactly like Eben Britton from the hotboxin podcast with Mike Tyson . same voice, same accent. Anyway great episode! Laguna Madre is a gorgeous place. Even outside the water, the amount of wildlife in south Texas is amazing.

Eduardo, I just discovered your channel. Love the presentation! I am a fly man myself and love cooking and hunting and I definitely took some inspiration from your positivity and your love for combining all three trades. I am certainly, thanks to this video, going to do more  cooking in the outdoors after a catch... those sea trout pockets do look really good! definitely going to keep watching! Thanks for the wonderful content!
