As an Indian person, I’ve basically been eating this my whole life. We have giant canister of these at home. It’s a healthier replacement for chips and hits that craving for salty crunchy stuff

You can also make these, then dip in chocolate and let them harden. Tastes like chocolate covered peanuts almost! And good for sweet cravings

Have you ever tried chickpea tuna salad? I do one can of drained/rinse chickpeas, mashed, with one can of tuna, and then mix it with a small amount of mayonnaise (1-2 T), 1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar, dash chili flakes, black pepper, and 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning.

Great with bread, crackers, veggies or on its own. Extra protein and fiber. SO GOOD! 😊
