Great stuff. Reminds me of why I used to watch baseball. Gotta say, some of batters got contact on some pretty decent pitches. A number right on the edge of the strike zone and against most defenses would have ended up as hits. good play all around.

Nice throw at 1:04 but he was safe. Watch the replay at 1/4 speed and you can still see the ball as the runner touches the bag. Ump messed that one up.

I agree. It is not a betrayal to applaud a good play from the opposing team. I live in Phoenix and witnessed my St. Louis Cardinals take a beating from the Dbacks and I had a stupid smile on my face cuz I was at a major league stadium, drinking beer and watching baseball. Good times.

So personal story, when I was in little league I was playing left field and a ball was hit way over my head. I turned around and started running but I knew I had to hustle to even have a chance of catching up to the ball. While I was still running and without looking back I put my arm straight up with my glove facing behind me and somehow managed to catch the ball, luckiest catch of my life.

I wish I had video of it but it was back in the 90's and I doubt anyone was even filming the game.
