I brought refurbished Nokia N8 Symbian smartphone from Aliexpress and here are my impressions.

I have this n8 model. Its refurbished phone. But the machine/modul inside is genuine. If you are die hard of genuine case just swap it original case.

Was my dream phone back then. The design aged pretty well.

man i miss symbian belle, i used to use it on my nokia 701, only issue was that app support was completely gone

that is normal for refurbished phones. Had an original N8 and it seems to be they tried to restore it as the best they could. The internals are original parts though. Not bad if I will say so.

Good profit for the seller. I am in China right now and sellers online offer these for around $20. Most of them probably got tons of these for very cheap and making good profit lol.

This phone was released after iPhone. There was no chance of standing Nokia unless they embraced Android, which they did not.. Nokia was at wrong for not using then current tech being a tech Giant. This was unacceptable to the consumers.

So did HTC. They never Focused on Battery & pricing, which was really Important at that time.

Omg, I am so sad about your bad experience, the phone isn't good as the N9 you bought recently .

I own N8 since 2012 and still better than that.
Your Sim/SD card ports are not normal, the back logo of Nokia Nseries in your phone is just printed while my is polished and volumed in silver color .

Did you buy it from the same seller of your N9 ( REFLY seller ) ?

You should return it as soon as possible and get another one
