After all my little comments asking about Cardano I sold it all before the big plummet, held out until solana was $120, and got in big. No regrets so far!

I had up to 1600 SOL reinvested profits in other cryptos till had 800 SOL when dumped come again till 1100 SOL but with bigger portfolio.

from my understanding the SUI spikes were mainnet high load testing. Solana also did this too recently, the ORE PoW mining hackathon test which helped harden the network. Out of all L1 competitors SUI is definitely much more robust than the rest and there's room for SOL and SUI to coexist!
