If what you really want is a math curriculum that's been tested for years and years...then yes, sounds like you're going to want to go with Dimensions. They were a top pick for me when I was looking into math before my kids were old enough. I do personally love Math with Confidence, haha...but you're right, it hasn't been around for decades.

Loved hearing about all of your positives and negatives of this year! I just recently started researching math curriculum for next year. We both like The Good and The Beautiful Math but it jumps around quite a bit and I’m worried about gaps that I won’t know I’m missing! Math with Confidence is popping up everywhere! It sounds amazing but I totally get your hesitation! I haven’t heard of Dimensions so I’m going to have to do some research on that one!!

Math with Confidence is all the hype but it only goes to grade 3

Try CLE math or Rod and Staff math through 8th grade and then go to Saxon.
