Establishing the Continuum of Care

This video provides an overview of the process of establishing a Continuum of Care (CoC). The CoC was codified through the HEARTH Act and serves as the broad planning group for all of HUD's homeless assistance programs. The video covers the purpose behind the CoC, key stakeholders who should be included in the continuum, basic requirements and responsibilities of the CoC, and the basic governance structure of the continuum.
