How does the loud turbo come about? 80% of the busses don't have loud turboes.

The Brand New A24  MAN Articulated Bendy Single Deck Buses have Similar Engines as their Single Deck A22 MAN Normal Buses too.

Im guessing is the driver going full speed half the time acelarting the engine causing this???
