If the 2 wheelers or any other vehicle are on the left lane and riding slow, it should be ok. You can overtake them from the right.
It is an issue when they drive/ride slow on the right line, making it difficult and dangerous to overtake from the left lane.

This is a flyover for all. Blaming autos and 2 wheelers is not good. They also pay taxes and have every right to use this. Lane discipline is a common problem and all need to follow it.
4 wheelers also break rules as much as any other.

Auto's need to be banned completely. Too many classes of vehicles is a problem unique to Indian subcontinent.
Especially with auto drivers behaving like rowdies, and driving wrong way etc.
Atleast we can hope for police to fine 2w going wrong way one day. But 2w are fine as long as they maintain lane discipline

Autos and 2 wheelers arent the problem.. bad drivers and bad implementation of rules are. Cars aren’t breaking rules as much as the other 2 types of vehicles because they cant drive a car like an auto.. if it was possible cars would also break every possible rule
