In the next 48 hours, the Fed's decision will be crucial, with the market currently pricing in a 62% chance of a 50 basis points rate cut. Historically, during rate easing cycles such as in 2001 and 2008, markets fell significantly, with Nifty plunging 35% and 60% respectively.

Stocks extended their year-to-date rally following the CPI report, with the S&P 500 last up 0.8% in afternoon trading. but I don't know if stocks will quickly rebound, continue to pull back or move sideways for a few weeks, or if conditions will rapidly deteriorate. I am under pressure to grow my reserve.

Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176, 000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000, 000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400, 000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!

The Fed is undoubtedly responsible for the present catch-up efforts, as they were first too slow to control inflation. The pandemic, supply-chain issues, are all contributing reasons to the impending inflationary perfect storm. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $500K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas...

Honestly, this situation makes me feel uneasy, particularly with the Fed's decision to cut interest rates by 50 bps. It indicates deeper economic concerns, and I'm uncertain about my $130K investment strategy, especially with the possibility of not just a recession but potentially a depression.

Reason for fall after the easing cycle start is fed is too late only start to cut rates when US entered recession 2 to 3 quarters earler itself

Crypto is risky as many would say but I think the actual risk in Crypto is not investing, buying the capitulation isn't a tough call, but it is a very tough call to figure out what to do aside holding. I remember when I just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 I ended up selling it because I was dumb and I didn't understand it. I studied and learned and now I know how it works. Got back into crypto early in 2023 with 10k and I’m up with 128k in a short period of time

I'm new to trading, and I've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have.

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Alex Gomez .
