Ingredients:
2 tbsp pork lard
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 24oz salsa verde jar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp crushed Mexican oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
1 bag of pork skin chicharrones (5oz)
