It's a really nice one, especially because it is not staged, but actually lived by some people (children rooms, toys, and so on). It's a great contrast between apartments costing millions in the type of "don't touch anything" and a real living place. A bit cluttered at some points but still beautiful.

My only regret is that you didn't show the rooms around the center of the building (visible on the floor plan). I know the utility space is not fancy, but I sill like to see how they look in such places ;-).

I only counted 5 bedrooms. Or is the one with the playhouse one also? So 2 bedrooms share the same bathroom and entrance door? Where are all the bathrooms? I understand making quick videos, but you have to show what is being sold. 6 bedrooms, 7 1/2 baths? Where? How is there a garage? Do they mean just 4 private spots IN the garage?
