The fact that she can do that both ways round is really amazing.

This is why good teachers are so important and deserve a raise. She never said a word but explain so much.

Being able to do a 3:4 poly rhythm is already pretty hard but switching sides to 4:3 and it being clean is absolutely insane coordination

As a drummer I can confirm that this takes a lot of time to master the muscle memory in each hand

This woman reminds me of my 3-6th grade music teacher, Ms. Kneller ❤
I'm 40 something now and I'll never forget her and what she taught us, I've retained ALL of these years! She was also our Girl Scout Troop leader. Inner city black girls, whose parents were either too lazy or too busy to volunteer a couple of hours a week for us preteen girls did this for us every Wednesday after school!
I was so proud of my graduation from the brown uniform to the classic green one, I
learned how to swim (thank God 😇), and a lot of other things that I've also remembered quite vividly as well. If this rings a bell with anyone else please reply.
Oh yeah...the school was Stephens elementary in Detroit Michigan, on Seneca street between Lambert and Medbury!
She also looks like her alot.
If you're still "around " Ms. Kneller..you were/are very much loved, remembered
and made more than a few young black girls comfortable in their own bodies ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊

[ I'm not Al my phone is broken and I just had to say this!😊]
