You should have send the qualifier invitation email to all the members of each team or at least the captain, if u have done that…Noir wouldn’t get disqualify. Also y’all should’ve send the reminder email to them like u did for some other teams too. Fix your management pls. Why would u send email to random members instead of the captain? Your management has gone downhill. // Anyway good luck to every team that pass in….really looking forward to the intense battles in this tournament.💕

*Edit on 17/02 : NE have send an apologize email to every members of the team for the INVATE’s mistakes and they all got a compensation for this incident. (Just so u all who just come to read can know about an update of the situation), i think they truly deserve this compensation and I hope nothing like this will happen again in the next tournament, enjoy your day everyone.
