1) Batman became a vigilante after witnessing murder of his parents. Similarly Spider Man became vigilante after witnessing his Uncle's murder.
2) Both are orphans.
3) Batman is a billionaire, whose net worth is 80 billion dollars (including his Wayne Manor and Wayne Enterprise). Similarly Spider Man is also a billionaire in comics, as he now owns 2 billion dollar property (he owned thrillions until his Parker Industries got destroyed).
4) Catwoman is Batman's girlfriend. Similarly Black Cat is Spider Man's girlfriend.
5) Batman has plenty of vehicles, such as Batmobile, Batpod, Bat Jet, etc. Similarly Spider Man also has plenty of vehicles in comics, such as Spider Mobile, Spider Cycle, Spider Jet, Spider Submarine, etc.
6) Batman uses grappling hook to travel faster. Similarly Spider Man uses his webs to travel faster.

The tragedy experienced by Ben Affleck's Bruce Wayne could happen to Tom Holland's Peter Parker because of the Kingpin in his next trilogy. I have this theory: Spiderman and Daredevil come together to defeat Kingpin; if MJ remembers Peter and revives their love affair, she would be in danger. The Kingpin would find out Peter's identity as Spiderman somehow and kill MJ before his eyes. This would completely break him to the point of wanting to beat the Kingpin to death, but Daredevil stops him by telling him of his experience that he once wanted to kill him but didn't because he would lose his humanity. However, failing to protect the woman he loved, Peter would either give up being Spider-Man or take a dark path like Batman.
Fact: Peter once wanted to kill the Kingpin when he discovered his identity and considered killing his Aunt May by sending a sniper in the comics. He brutally beats him in jail until he is left in a near-dead state.
