Ontario's Ghost Towns

I got a tip that there were some abandoned structures and settlements west of Ottawa, Ontario (near Perth & Renfrew) . So I called on my friend Kyle to join me in the hunt for some of Ontario's Ghost Towns. (Canada)

With the house prices in Toronto the way they are all these places need is an upbeat and aggressive real estate agent and a building inspector that takes bribes and an young couple willing to commute. Oops did I say real estate agent? I meant bone picking vulture.
