Setup & Review of the VIZIO V-Series Flat Screen TV 50' 55' 60'

Unboxing, Setting up, and Reviewing my new VIZIO V-series TV. This is the 58" version but the tech is the same among all the sizes.

Nothing wrong with mine netflix glitched once just had signed out from my devices. All around good quality and apps load well. Only issue I honestly have is the sound. I plan on upgrading to a soundbar.

If your screen only shows black, hit reset factory, and set the TV up as “Living Room”. That’s what I did and I got the screen he is on. Also, go on menu, then click system, and then change the power mode to quick start. TV should be responding a bit faster. Hope this helps!

I bought this tv in 2019 had it for like a year now mounted up on the wall and is works great very satisfied with the quality it displays it’s a smart cast tv able to display 4K hdr quality movies tvshows ect video and I gotta say for the price of 370-380 is worth buying if you like using streaming apps through your phone to watch this is also for you is also come with Airplay2

Got the V-series 50 inch a month ago. I recommend it to anyone.

My 50 inch is really foggy with bad resolution. Went through all settings, but can't figure out what's wrong.
Update: turns out the issue was not the TV. The problem was that I was trying to run the tv off my hot spot on my phone. This works on all my other TVs, but won't work with 4k resolution. I also needed a new DVD player because that didn't work either. You need an hdmi connection for 4k. I am slowly learning technology.

I have the 43 inch version. A very good budget 4k tv however the smartcast system is very slow and buggy. Vizio needs to send out the 4.0 update ASAP to fix this issue.

Got mine today but the quality is soo dull compared to this. My old Samsung hd TV is 100x better. Any suggestions on how to improve the quality.

Would love to see you connect this to a decent PC to check the compatibility with the refresh rate. Very interested in the 2020 55 vizios as a monitor, for gaming, and for consuming content. I bought a samsung TV that windows would not recognize its 120hz refresh rate so i returned it. Curious to see how the support for HDMI 2.1 works on the windows end of things.
