I really love your guys website and videos and I appreciate everything y’all do, however, I would really like to see more workouts with less exercises. It seems that you guys usually have six or more exercises for every workout (this one has 9!) and I am a dad with three young kids and it is hard for me to do All those exercises in one set. Shorter workouts would help me too ❤ Sometimes I find myself combining the exercises if they are repetitive just to do more reps at once so I don’t have to keep going back to the same exercise in one set.
