In a new post on Instagram, the couple shares footage and photos of the model's growing baby bump and what looks to be a vow renewal between the two. Hailey's rep confirmed the news to ET, sharing that Hailey is 'a little over six months pregnant.' Meanwhile, a source tells ET the parents-to-be are 'thrilled' and 'can't wait to expand their family.'
