The effects of the War of 1812 are still felt today. Heroes emerged in every theatre of war; heroes who helped shape the identities of two nations.
Episode 1: Isaac Brock -- Isaac Brocks's daring made him a hero during the early months of the War of 1812, but it may also have been his fatal flaw.
Episode 2: Charles de Salaberry -- The Americans are invading and Lower Canada is undermanned, forcing Charles de Salaberry to rely on cunning tactics.
Episode 3: Laura Secord -- Her husband is wounded and her house is occupied. Only Laura Secord can warn the British about an impending American attack.
Episode 4: Tecumseh -- Tecumseh agrees to an alliance with the British in pursuit of his dream of a unified First Nations.
Episode 5: John Norton -- Half Cherokee and half Scottish, John Norton leads Six Nations warriors against the invading Americans.
Episode 6: Enos Collins -- An east coast shipper creates a private naval fleet to seize American ships.
