ASX:QRI Awesome!!! QUALITAS Real Estate Income Fund on the ASX

There is an aweful lot to liek about Qualitas and for me, the business model seems very robust to bring me consistent returns into the future.

I like to think of them as the "developer's bank" and this small cap I feel will continue to go places as dvidend stocks become more and more prevalent in our aging society.
