I HIGHLY recommend using this Lepic guide I used it and it was easy to do. Plus he speaks in a way you can just follow in the background while playing. Using his valby too. Just have farm those 166 batteries n a blueprint

Well done again on the in-depth guide, I accidentally got his Stabilizer while farming for Python and his Spiral Catalyst while farming for High Voltage from Hard Pyromaniac. Took 12 opens each for his Code and Enhanced Cells. I think I spent all my luck on this dude 😅

Thanks for giving a clear explanation on how to obtain this Ultimate! I'm getting this one for the fire damage (and not wanting to put in activators in Blair). I'm also not built enough for the 2nd hard boss - having these alternatives for outposts is a great option for me.

from my personal experience from farming the crystal biogel, you can swap difficulty while in private, and teleport to the nearest teleport point, which resets the outpost, and you can go back in for the biogel, then repeat

I only have his code left. Got the catalyst from amorphous 6 1st pull with no stabilizer.
If anyone is struggling with Hard executioner farm up the piercing light and you will be able to clear it with random groups with very little trouble. I’m using a base tamer with decent attributes and a base piercing light.
