Every electronic is Water proof. Water pure water does not transfer electrons and cant short stuff we try to protect from mineralised water which those minerals often salt and other allow water to transfer electricity. So electronics are only trying to be Mineral proof.

Shot in the dark to ask a question here but what model is recommended for extreme exposure to the sun? It's +100° every day here and NO camera has lasted more than 3, maybe 4 months
