I’ve traveled to India for work three times and I’ve never in my life seen so many people either peeing right on the street and not even hiding just right in the open for everyone to see their dong 🤦🏻‍♂️ and people taking dumps everywhere also. The garbage everywhere and the pollution is nothing I’ve ever seen in my life. Really humbling to experience that and really appreciate to see a clear blue sky which people probably take for granted

I am currently in med school and i am privileged to see lung surgery. Even in my western country most people have a lot of black spots on the lungs ( non smokers) because of all the small particles we inhale, and my country has one of the best air qualities in the world. I cant imagine what the Indian lungs look like from the inside.
