Stateless vs Stateful | Flutter Example

A simple attempt at debunking the difference between a Stateless and Stateful Widget in Flutter. Also includes an example of randomizing numbers and using a Ternary Operator. This tutorial is meant to break down the differences in a simple example app with just an AppBar and a FloatingActionButton.
