Erika Danckers is a mechanical engineer who works on the variable frequency starter generator (VFSG) for the Boeing 787 at our Electric Power Systems facility in Rockford, Illinois. Danckers recently helped lead a successful development effort to improve the performance of the input seal on the VFSG.
